In reality, it will consist of 24 hours over maybe 1 or 2 months once or twice a week (the group will decide), for approx. 1.5 hours per session, which give us 8 online group sessions (12 hours altogether) and approx. 12 hours of individual work (offline) with course-related tasks.
Beyond that, all participants, (if they so wish), can participate in parallel programs developed by you and your peers in your group, more or less challenging the Innernaut program (and we always encourage you to try ☺)
It is basically the same program as our therapy, so-called ILD (Inner Leadership Development) but it is also tested (offline) on leadership development in many leading companies in Sweden like Eriksson, Electrolux, Volvo etc., with very good results.
